Cleanliness - The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms. Hotel facilities - The hotel had excellent facilities, including a gym and a relaxing spa. Transportation - The hotel provided convenient shuttle services to and from the airport. Breakfast - The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Staff - The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient Location and Affordable Prices

The hotel was located in a very convenient location, close to many popular attractions and restaurants. The room prices were also very affordable, making it a great option for those travelling on a tight budget. Additionally, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant check-in experience.

Our stay was marred by some major issues. The hotel had overbooked, which meant we were forced to stay at a different location on the outskirts of town.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. the room was warm and welcoming, and the staff provided friendly and efficient service. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right. the hotel also had useful facilities such as a helpful front desk and comfortable rooms.

One negative aspect was the lack of communication regarding a hotel change, which caused confusion upon arrival.

We chose this particular hotel due to flying from Prestwick Airport the following morning and the opportunity to leave our car for 4 nights, free of charge. On booking the hotel, we were led to believe that transport to Prestwick Airport would be free. Instead we were presented with a bill by the taxi drivers for £6 return, therefore adding an extra cost of the overnight stay by £12.

Stayed in annex the noise of banging doors was horrendous.
